The LEONSEGS project recently had a presence at the International Geoscience and Remote Sensing Symposium (IGARSS), a key event for the Earth Observation (EO) community, held in Brisbane from 3-8 August.

While there was no dedicated section for the project, the team attended with the specific goal of networking and engaging in informal discussions. LEONSEGS was a point of discussion in conversations with researchers, industry experts, and potential partners.

The LEONSEGS project recently secured a significant boost in profile at the ESA Living Planet Symposium 2025, held in Vienna from June 22-27. This major event provided an excellent opportunity to showcase the project to a wider audience of key figures within the Earth Observation community.
